I agree. That was the reason for the post.

While I don't have to agree with everything in any guide, values are what there are for a reason. And I know it's not easy putting one of those together as I'm still gathering data for a project I'm working on so I'll just sit on it and see if I can trade it in the future for something I really want. Either way, I really respect the heck out of Sands, Spragg & Sarles for their work. I get a headache just thinking about it!
