demand. You have given us some idea of supply, although incomplete, but you have left out half the equation, demand. There is no way to make a meaningful guess as to value based on the hypothetical. For example, I have some chips that have are known to exist in extremely small numbers. One may be unique. But, they are from Aruba, and not as in demand, so the value is a fraction of what they would be if there were a lot more collectors interested in them. There are a lot more factors that determine demand other than location and rarity. Aesthetics (think Bucket of Blood), feelings about the casino (e.g. the Sands), perhaps some particular story about the chip and maybe even the mold can affect demand.
