Chip Value & Rarity Question...

If only 500 chips of a specific denomination were ever made in 1959 for a small town in Nevada, what should the expected value of said chip be? It is highly unlikely that many of the chips survived and as it stands, it is still considered a rare chip but I'm not sure if I agree 100% with the current value. PLEASE don't misunderstand me. I believe everyone involved with price guides do a phenomenal job but sometimes I have to wonder if a few slipped buy. What say ye?
