IMO the PDF format works best because most people have the advance Adobe Reader X and have the capability to cut and paste text from the document. Another plus is that the PDF allows the use of the Adobe toolbar to increase size where the jpeg is limited. I looked at both your links and the PDF would be ideal way to proceed.
