I'm guessing these 2 chips came from the Scranton Pennsylvania Lodge No. 123 The red is almost unused shape and the blue has seen some play.

The used H C Edwards "H" molds (I don't think I've seen the "H" Mold used in ELKS/BPOE Chips).
