I have found some information on the OTB chip:
I found one reference to an OTB Publishing Company in Salem, Oregon. A lot of Oregon stuff finds its way to Boise antique stores, so it sounds plausible. Anyway, I found the resume of a lawyer on line which included working at an OTB Publishing Company in Salem, Oregon. I wrote to her and she told me quite the story of her father, an adventurer of sorts who started an O.T.B. Publishing Company initially to publish her books about bottle collecting. The timing is right for this chip as well. She told me all sorts of unusual stuff shows up from her father's company, but she had never seen chips like these before. She is writing to someone she thinks would know about the chips. I hope to hear from her again in the near future, but who knows. Fun stuff.
The name does not come up on the Oregon Corporate name search, but it may be too old. O.T.B. could also be an abbreviation for the real name of the company as well.
