Not so sure myself if that is real reason... The reason why I say that is I went to the casino several months after the $5 chips were no longer available. I came prepared with nice photos of all six chips. I was able to buy a few sets of the $25 Halloween chips and gave cashier a very nice tip. She then enlisted a few co-workers/managers who took several minutes looking at a couple of cages and asking around but no one knew anything about the 5's. A buddy that was with me also bought a couple sets.

So if it was actually a copyright issue, then why wouldn't they have also destroyed or removed the $25's???
