I own a small, established catering business. We have been getting this email and several similar variations weekly:

Hello,
My name is Dotty Hank,i want to order for BBQ pork and beef for 300 people and i want two sides like Cole slaw and potato salad as the two sides,so i want you to get me what the price will be per person plus tax and what the grand total will be plus tax.
And I want you to know that this is going to be a pick up order and it will be pick up 3pm on the 15TH of April by my private shipper agent at your location,so i will need all your full info like a contact name and address and cell number and office number so that i can have it send to the company that will be coming 3pm for the pick up

I was feeling a little punky today, so I sent this reply:

Hi Dotty,

Wow OK!!!! Great!!! Special rate, just for you! $35 per person, so the total is $10,500.00. We also are expecting a substantial gratuity. Please note we only accept cash. You must leave the cash in a brown paper bag. When you have the cash in the bag, email me and I will give you directions where to leave the bag. After we get the cash, we will call you and tell you where you can pick up your BBQ.
