My condolences to his immediate family. Joe was one of my first chipper buddies who communicated on a regular basis. We both had a passion for "wet" chips and since I sailed a lot over the past 25 years, we were able to make several swaps, purchases and share general information about "cruise ship chips" as he would call them in his "EBAY Listings." He will be sadly missed and my prayers to his family. If they have cruise ships in heaven, Joe will have the latest chip to offer for trade or sale. As he leaves this world for a better place, we can all say, "Glad, you came our way. So long and Rest In Peace!"
