The top 2 have inlays that go outside the inlay border line, just barely.
The bottom two actually have well placed inlays, except that the cutting machine was slightly off when the inlays were cut. Note the proximity of the bugles to the edge of the inlays. I imagine there are more extreme examples (where the inlay image is cut) but this is the worse I've seen for these Paul-Son made chips at The Orleans.
