Ebay feedbacks are a courtesy ... not an obligation. It's like saying "thank you" when someone holds a door open for you. Some do, some don't. I don't get upset when folks don't give feedback... and no, I don't remind them. It's strictly voluntary, both ways. It says more about them than it does about me when the other party does not leave feedback. Have I missed giving a few myself? Yes, I have, but not intentionally.
