I wouldn't read into it too much. I do my feedback in groups as I tend to fall behind on getting them done. I even missed a few over the years. While I admit that I should stay on top of it better, sometimes I just forget to go back in as I never leave feedback until the transaction is complete and all parties are satisfied. Sometimes though, I do choose to leave no feedback instead of neutral feedback.
