I just was stating my opinion as everyone has. I wrote what I wrote because of my understaning of basic contract law, which is: offer, acceptance and Consideration. Thats why I said since no money changed hands, noone was harmed as there was no contract. I also believe that is was his right to rescend the offer, if that's what his view of fair was. I went on to say that it was a "Potential" deal in my post to Dan's post. I mean, I guess if Dan wanted, he could sue for "specific performance", but I don't think that would apply here. Like I did say in my post to Dan..it isn't life and death, it is just a hobby. That was my advice to him. I do apologize if I offended anyone, but I was just stating my opinion like everyone else.
