Even tho' money didn't change hands, if you tell someone you agree to sell something at a given price, doesn't that mean you have an "agreement"? If so, then our club's code of ethics says:

"To fulfill all contracts and agreements which I may make, either oral or written; to make prompt payment upon delivery; and to return immediately any item that is not satisfactory."
