The deal was finalized to the point where Stan (the guy who replied at the same time as me) had said I could have the chips. Joe said that they were mine as long as I pourchased a 4th chip as well. I stated that I would and I just needed to know where to send the money through PayPal. A while after that is when I received the e-mail from Joe stating that he had 5 people "bidding" on the chips and to be fair to everyone he was just going to retract the offer. How is this fair to the person who was lucky enough to be the first to respond? When I responded to this e-mail attempting to rationalize with the seller I never received a response at all. Oh well....
