considered many times.
The truth is, it is probably not a break even effort and there is a good chance we would never recoup the investment with paid attendence or new sales.
However that is the same case with most advertising we do for the convention, or for that matter the club.
We have to do a lot of these things though in order to keep the hobby alive and maintain a future for our club.
By exposing several thousand people to our hobby, maybe one day they too will start to collect, or encourage someone else to and maybe even become a member once they get hooked like we did.
The more people that are aware of our hobby, the better off the entire hobby will be.
At least thats my opinion.
