Even in the old old days it is hard to believe that they played 1cent poker at the Lafayette House in Sacramento. I picked this up as a curi0sity before I really began collecting club and casino chips--thought it might be the Lafayette Hotel in Long Beach where my grandparents, aunts and others stayed after their several divorces.
