Why the boss wants to go under cover:

Having been the COO of the MGM Grand for only a few months now the boss would like to go undercover to truly get a sense of the people he will be working with at the casino. The boss hopes this experience will open his eyes to new ways of improving business which will in turn will help the community overall.

Jobs That He Will Do While Undercover:

Roulette Dealer: The boss will be responsible for taking the players' bets and keeping track of their winnings. The odds are against him when he breaks a major rule that could cost him his job.

Front Desk Agent: First impressions are everything when it comes to working the front desk. The boss does less than impress as a glitch in the system slows everyone down.

Blackjack Dealer: The boss gets off to a slow start entertaining the guests at his table as he deals the game of Blackjack. Will the boss win for the house or will he show his hand and pay the price?

Guest Service Representative: Providing guests with great service is what keeps people coming back for more. Lady Luck is just not on the boss's side when he tries to sign guests up for a new rewards program.
