I too read that... that is mind boggling to think of that.

My son and I were talking about Japan's plight (the triple whammy of disasters) and how they are coping with it. Now think back to how, well warned, people who lived in New Orleans not so long ago and acted in crisis. Very sharp contrast indeed. Makes New Orleans seem like just another rainy day.
