It is terrible! I buy alot on Ebay, but have sold a very few items. This does NOTHING to encourage me to sell. High priced items that don't cost alot to send won't be affected much, but less expensive heavier items will be outrageous. Items that are low in value like a $5 item that cost $5 to ship will now be treated as a $10 item. It makes no sense. We should not have to pay a percent on money that we are not recieving. It is crazy! It has all come about, because of greedy, stupid people that undervalue their goods and then make extreme profits on their shipping. It is easy to see who these people are and now they have ruined it for everyone.
