UK Chip of the Day : Another unusual group chip

Another chip from a casino that I used to play live poker at - the Grosvenor at Great Yarmouth used to have a nice Sunday evening poker tourny, break after 3 hours for a buffet, friendly bunch of players - and the casino itself was in a building overlooking the sea that (from memory) was originally something to do with the navy or coastguard many years ago - anyway, back to the chip. Most of the Pleasurama chips were white inlays (and even the odd light beige which I am pretty sure were just sunlight damaged), but I picked this yellow one up several years ago. And of course I always liked CIC chips. Don't know why, I just do.

Always good to pick up a new chip that you don't expect on the tables - one of the advantages I guess of collecting chips in a market (in the UK) where collecting is a rare hobby. Sometimes I think this must be what it was like for the early collectors 20 or 30 years ago in Vegas.

Enjoy
