Good Morning John,
The purpose of my earlier post was to give everyone who cares the proper information as to the ramifications of changing our club name. As I stated in that post I would support a name change. However, I would also support keeping our present club name.

My position should demonstrate to all that I am really neutral on this issue. The primary reason I am neutral is I believe trying to obtain a name change among our members could/would cause damaging repercussions for our organization.

There are a significant amount of founding members who would arch their backs if such an attempt to change the club name was made. I do not believe the issue is important enough to chance such damage that could be caused. As I am sure you are aware I am not afraid of to voice my opinion nor am I afraid to champion ANY issue I believe in. I just do not believe strongly enough in changing the club name.
