~~~ I'm willing to bet that there are more 'casino chip collectors' than 'matchbook collectors' out there... and I'm also willing to bet that those who do collect casino matchbooks do so in addition to collecting casino chips... and I'm quite sure (if I did such a study ) that would be the same case with swizzle sticks, TITOs, slot glass or whatever all comes out of a casino. Even in the case of dice, I'm willing to bet that most of those who do collect casino dice do so along with casino chips. Now, saying all this, I do know for a fact that there are many 'poker chip collectors (ivory/clay/MOP)' who do not collect casino chips or anything related to coming from a casino, but that one little word, CHIPS, sure does and has attracted many of them to join in with us. If and when we ever do change the name of our fine organization, I think it would be a mistake to drop the word CHIP(S).
