and kept me in there prays. I just got home a little while ago after 11 Days in the Hospital and Rehab. On Tuesday March 11th. I went to surgery because I had loss all feeling from the waist down. I was in surgery for 5 Hours, they removed the Rods that were located at L2-L3 area from my first surgery in 1999. Then they proceed too do 2 decompressions at L4-L5 and then had to clean out a veterbre that had a pinch nevre in it. Then then put longer Rods in from L2 to L5 and closed me up. I loss quite a bid of blood during surgery and when I woke up in recovery it took them a long time and many injections to get the pain under control. After surgery they found that I had 2 blood clots in my right lung so I was placed on blood tinners and now I will have to take a certain medication for 6 months so I do not have anymore trouble with blood clots. Just about anything that could go wrong did go wrong, Blood Pressure went real low a couple of times. My Oxygen levels also went low and the pain was unbearable at times. There was about an 8 inch insision made in my back and some of the nerve's where cut causing pain in other area's. Now I feel I am a little better, the doctors have told me that I may/may not get all my feeling back in my lower body and it could take up to a year to fully recover. I am very greatful to the few members that sent me well wishes and kept me in ther prays I really appreciate it, and May God Bless You and your families.
