The only line I didn't like was:

"It is an iconic asset and we need to figure out an inexpensive way to bring it up to task," Sternlicht said.

By saying 'an inexpensive way' it makes him sound like he has a tight wallet, and thats exactly what doomed the last owners. They always say you have to spend money to make money.

They are handicapped by the wasteland (Ex Frontier/Stardust) that separates them from the rest of the strip, but I certainly give them my support- I would rather spend my time/money at a classic with style than most places on the strip.
