seems to me that that is an adequate amount of time to make whatever adjustments, especially for us Californians. The entire process took some time to get squared-away, with the final hurdle being whether or not the South Point could make the change. I believe that Doug Smith made this announcement shortly after the mid-year BoD "meeting" a couple of weeks ago.
