One has certainly seen more use than the other. To my naked-eye, the inlays look identical. The only other test I would use is a black light (UV). What you would be looking for is if the white of the inlays reflect the same, and then the red of the denomination. I doubt that the blacks will be different.

I'd be curious to know.
