Can I assume that the HR Fat Kat Club no longer exists?? Was it ran as a high-roller version of their Back Stage Pass slot club??

The reason I ask is that I have a Fat Kat Club card that was made for a well-known actor, but I wanted to know if it really belonged to him or not.
