The bottom two are entry tokens for Caesars Magical Empire, an attraction at CP several years ago. They were on a string you wore around your neck to show which group you were in. They were different colors. I believe Caesars issued a LE chip for the Magical Empire.

I was sorry to see it discontinued. You had a meal there, with close up magic (I lost my watch!). Several other magical scenes that you walked around to see. You rode an elevator down a level to see the mysterious passages. At least it felt like you were going down... maybe it just shook a bit and you exited another door in the back. The entry was about where Mesa Grill is now.
