I know you like to have the distributors record card before you positively ID a chip. I'd love to see that kind of proof too. It's not a perfect world . Do you have a gut feeling of where the Phoenix chip is from? Do you know of other Phoenix Clubs that have chips? Wouldn't it be great if all chips had to have their address on them like this Newport token..........I know, I know.....There could be lots of other cities with a Monmouth Street
