Here are 3 different Ticket Out-only (not Ticket In) slot machine slips from 1998/1999 as noted on the slips.

This ticket is from the Seminole Gaming Palace in Florida. It measures 3 1/4" x 3 1/4" and feeds from a roll.

Next up is a ticket from the Seminole Palace (Seminole Indian Casino) Florida. It measures 4 1/2" W x 3 3/4" H.

Lastly, this 2-piece, Arizon Charlie's ticket. The top copy was to be negotiated at the cage, while the bottom copy is a record for the player. It measures 3 1/4" W x 5 1/3" H. Issued on New Years day, 1999!
