I regret that I don't have any info. It is not in TGT and since the scan is so small, I was just trying to let others know what the hot-stamp reads in an effort to help.

However, if I'm not mistaken, the chip looks to be an RTPlastic chip from the Gambler's General Store in Las Vegas. They have made tons of home poker sets (as well as real, live action casino chips) for years and I suspect that it is a home poker chip, perhaps a backroom card game chip.

This is the place to find out where it's from.
