Bob Stupak and the Chairman of the Board

Got this great old photo on eBay a couple of weeks ago. Bob Stupak was the originator of Vegas World, and later, Stratosphere in Las Vegas.

My guess the photo of Bob and Frank is from the mid 1980's.
