Does anyone have recommendations for bullet-proof vest? I am looking to replace one that has either shrunk or I have 'possibly' gotten fatter

I am looking for something casual to wear under a shirt to protect from small arms (pistol mainly). I don't want a huge flac-jacket to go into combat with. Just something that keeps me from having to run faster than a bullet while occasionally carrying a briefcase full of high-end notes and ready cash.

Cost is not a main issue, comfort and weight are (Texas summers are VERY HOT). Anyone else use one that they like and reccomend?
