i have no idea about what u mentioned in your post as i bought my set from Ebay and the guy sold me was in WA and he told me he bought them in a garage sale.
i have seen another set sold on ebay few month ago and the guy bought them in a public auction.
thats the only 2 set i have ever heard. the rest complete sample set can be found on ebay about 100USD a set of 5
