The apple Ipad will do what you want, for about $500. An updated model is scheduled for next month. I've used this for my chip photos for about a year and am happy with it. Web connections via WiFi are fine. The on- screen keyboard takes some getting used to and I still can't touch type on it. There is an external keyboard for about $80 that helps a lot. The Ipad is now my PC for traveling, but I still used a laptop for regular stuff at home. If you want to wait for the new one is available, let me know and maybe I can sell you my my modelA and do an upgrade.
