I was there a few years ago and there were quite a few casinos in Cairo. I walked to as many as I could then took a taxi to a few more. I don't know if they are still open but most if not all were in large Hotels. Here is a folding advertisement that was outside the Conrad Hilton (where we stayed) casino entrance that somehow found its way into my suitcase.

Most of the Cairo casinos reminded me of the Russian casinos. Very small, only for foreigners and usually empty.
