Pyramisa Cairo Hotel and Casino, Cairo, Egypt, will end up like the Africa Casino at the Ducor Palace Hotel, Monrovia, Liberia in Africa during the Taylor revolution and take over, the casino was totally destroyed and housed the native squatters for years until the new government redeveloped the structure.

What a waste!
