Though this is the same, exact type manufacture as the Lago Maggiore plaques/jetons, I've not seen another piece like this from the casino... or another denomination of the series.

Since both casinos were in Italy, I would guess the manufacturer was as well -- since BG does not have any record of this being from them.

I would like to either sell the piece of trade for Mother-of-Pearl.
