In a bubble mailer. I put 2- .44 cent stamps on mailer, maybe post office is returing for more postage? I have recieved many 002 mailers w/ one chip inside w/ .88 postage. It seems different po demand different postage amounts, I gottem .88. 1.02, and 1.22 for same mailer. Lets give it some time, and if it dosen't show up, I'll send another chip.
