I suspect it came from someone we both know thru an email.

Would not let me download anything or even run virus software thru the CD drive.

I ended up taking it to my brother in law who runs a computer business.

Bad news is he found the virus and after removing it, I had a total hard drive failure.

Right now I am having the hard drive replaced.

I know EXACTLY what your going thru as it even takes over your screen saver and background walpaper.
