On-line is probably not an option, but I dont see why we cant print, complete, scan and email back nomination forms. Its been done previously. What changed this year?
Also, last year, when the magazine was delayed 3 weeks, the deadline was moved back accordingly.
Wasn't the magazine 4 weeks late going out this time?

Its not ok for ballots I agree, because of secrecy.
