My personal opinion is that the old $1 & $5 rack was widely distributed and many, many of them in quantities are being held by collectors/dealers. I don't think that their value will appreciate very much. Many older A.C. house chips are being turned in at face. I think that should the Harrah's $25's be replaced, those are the ones that will appreciate in value as most collectors don't stock inventory in the higher denominations. Just one man's opinion.
