Their chips, does that do anything to the value of the old racks. Again, not being an expert in this field, and ASSUMING that they won't bring back the older CIC racks, what about the CIC's that we have in our collections. I know they don't hold a lot of value, but what will happen to them now. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.
