I would read this as Sporting Club International (because if you read the other way, then with International the right way up, the other words would be upside down when you read them).

The chips I have from Internation Sporting Club have the text written so that there is no confusion as to the name.

I do have a (different) token that I read as Sporting Club International as well, with '5' as the only denomination. I don't think that is a UK item, and I'm not sure that yours is either only because I don't see what it would be used for (especially as the few slots that UK casinos have use currency rather than tokens, or at least every one that I have ever seen does!)
