These are the real McCoy. Notice they all use the same die. The denomination is a separate die that fits inside the bigger custom die. That custom die is in the hands of an unscrupulous person. He had chips made on the diasq mold that looked just like Bob's HCE. Problem is Edward's was very unlikely to use the custom die alone. It has a hole in the center for the denominated die.
