Could very well be a home game chip. Diamond mold blanks which are plastic injected are very cheap and have been around since before the poker boom. Although it is possible that someone could run a game with such an easy to copy set of chips, I would be very skeptical until I had some sort of corroboration that these were used at a poker room and not a home game. I don't think the seller is even willing to say what it is.
