in the 4th addition of Campiglias book (I only have 3rd addition) under caesars palace, vegas.

What does it say about the 5th issue hat and cane $500 and $1000 chips?

the 3rd issue is vague on those two chip...as if they have the records for the order, but none have been found.

Any help would be appreciated.
