The problem I seem to be running into, again I'm not the most computer savvy... The first chip I scanned came out perfect front and back, but every other chip I've tried since hasn't and I didn't change any settings. Just look at the below photos, i'm sure it's something so simple, but it is escaping me.

The first chip came out beautifully.

all others come out looking like this, same exact placement on scanner, no idea what the issue may be...
