I got this chip a number of years ago. The hot stamp is completely gone, the chip has horrible wear and many cigarette burns. Still, it appears to be a home game chip. It was sent to 2 locations, the first in 1940 to Pocatello, Idaho and the second being in 1959 to Twin Falls, Idaho:
